Begin with your choice of entrée: a delicate Western Australia Chargrilled Octopus served with potato puree, chorizo, coastal greens, and chimichurri, or the rich and creamy Stracciatella, complemented by pistachio praline, confit heirloom tomatoes, and a touch of refreshing blood orange.
For the main course, choose between a succulent Crispy Skin Duck Breast, paired with smoked blueberry, black garlic, and garlic chive, or the hearty Salt Baked Golden Sweet Potato, served with sauce vierge, baby rocket, and herbed pangratatto. Alternatively, share an indulgent 1.2kg Bone-In Rib Eye, perfectly complemented with bone marrow bordelaise, charred spring onions, butter lettuce, and crispy garlic potato roasties.
